Those super soaraway Seagulls just can’t stop winning at the moment. Another 1-0 victory at home last night sees them pull three points clear at the top of League One. I expect you all checked your daily papers and Internet web sites this morning to see how Albion got on against Brentford (come on, you know you did). In fact I’m sure I heard a little cheer and a happy Seagulls chant coming from colleagues beavering away in a particular financial printing company buried somewhere deep in the heart of the City of London earlier this morning. I will make converts of you all yet.
However it wasn’t all good news last night as darling wife managed to prang her shiny black car in an accident on her way home yesterday evening. She’s okay but the car looks a little sorry for itself and will be off the road for some time whilst the body shop try and bend it all back into shape. Que sera sera and all that, at least the lady wife is alright.
